Please note that the rules and penalties vary with each airline carrier. On your request form we recommend that you ask all pertaining questions as well and indicate all requests.

Minimum / Maximum Stay: Average stay 3 / 60 days for the lowest possible fare. 90 day fares also available, depends per airline.

Stopovers: Certain destinations permit a free stopover if in route, or at a minimum cost of $50.00 according to the destination.

Routing: Rerouting not permitted once the ticket has been issued.

Seasons of Travel: Seasons vary according to the country of travel and according to each airlines. Prior to travel please check on the season of travel, meantime please use the chart below as an approximate guideline:

       Low season Jan 01 - June 30 / Aug 15 - Nov 30
       High season July 01 - Aug 14 / Dec 01 - Dec 30

Discount: Children between the ages of 2-11 pay 80% of the adult fare Infants pay 20% of the full fare, the regular applicable tax applies to both fares. Please check with airlines offer this discount.

Penalties: Most tickets are non-refundable, non-endorsable to other airlines or persons. Airlines charge a minimum $200.00 penalty if the ticket is refunded prior to travel. Changes will incur a penalty of minimum $100.00 prior to travel or once travel has commenced. Penalties vary, check prior to travel which is applicable to your airfare.

Special requests: Please let us know if you require any special meals, services such as wheelchair, wheelchair assistance, shipping of large items and costs such as a surfboard, or information on how to receive mileage credit for your flights on partner carriers. All these and any other service you require, please let us know in your remarks/comments field on the reservation form.
